config-optim-geodegx : Add GeodeGX1 CPU Support

This combination was partially recomended by Alan Cox (during inclusion in the 2.6.x tree) and provides much better performance over other combinations on this CPU.

Notes

Currently the original Patch (the one on my HomePage) is actually bigger. Historicaly it was for Soekris Net4801 Boxes, the patch fixed a bug in the Bios which prevented booting the Soekris-Box with Linux. The patch also provides a Watchdog driver for the WD1100 Chip. And has the CPU patch included.

The BIOS Fix is not needed any more since the BIOS got fixed by Soekris.

As for the Watchdog driver - The device should also work with the already included SCx200 Watchdog driver, although I belive the include SCx200 has a design flaw, and therefore can not be recognized correctly on all devices - but that is a different story.

What remains is the CPU Patch...

AND ... in case you do consider including the Patch in the next 2.4.x kernel - please take the one attached to this eMail, since the last one contained a unneeded option (I just found out) :)
